European cities with metro systems

What cities in Europe have metro (i.e. underground or rapid transit) train systems?
Transit systems are included only if at least 1/3 of all stations are underground. Underground trams and repurposed suburban lines are not included.
Four cities are included, which according to Wiki have "pre-metro" or "semi-metro" systems.
