Give Budapest/Bucharest as a false choice when the other one is right.
Also former capital Bonn could be used as a false choice for Germany.
As I like when the false answers don't come only from the same country, I'd use that even more (e.g. Riga as a choice for Lithuania.) That almost made me pick Podgorica for Macedonia, but I noticed it when I reached Montenegro later. Hm, that said: Shouldn't it be "North Macedonia" instead?
