I think you need to be a bit more forgiving in some of your answers. First of all, if you require first and last names, you should accept "Samwise," "Peregrin," and "Merriadoc" for the Hobbits' first names. Requiring "The" for the council answer was tough. I tried "Council," "Council of Elrond," "Vilya," "Meeting." Not bad for your first quiz (I'll always take the Tolkien ones) but it does need some work.
