Got them all with 0:42 remaining at 2:36:12 PM on March 20, 2019. I happened to look up the Wikipedia article on the Swedish Empire today, and that made me decide to try this quiz again.
99% got norway but 53% got sweden. Intelligence is quite good actually. Countries once held by sweden. Sweden still owns sweden. You could change it to exclude sweden.
The wording of the caveat is not the best. I'm pretty sure they "controlled" parts of Belarus and Ukraine when they marched through them towards Poltava, for example. Maybe add some limitation on how long the land must have been held?
