Proposed states of Greater Austria

Austria-Hungary was a multi-ethnic empire, with two parts ruled by the Austrians (Germans) and Hungarians respectively. This system proved unstable, with independence movements popping up among the other ethnic groups.
Some reformers proposed changing the country into a federation, with each major ethnic group getting its own state. Though never implemented, the idea of a "United States of Greater Austria" might have helped the empire remain together. Can you name the proposed states Greater Austria would have consisted of?
States under Aurel Popovici's proposal from 1906.
Bosnia, which wasn't annexed by Austria-Hungary until 1908 (two years after the Popovici plan), is filled in in gray.
