British Dominions and Commonwealth Realms with a Map

Can you name all countries that have ever been independent states under the British monarchy?
Some of these countries no longer exist. Note that these countries are superimposed on a current day world map and some might not have been independent and/or under the British monarchy at the same time.

I guessed it because the British monarchy was a part of the House of Hanover (ended with Queen Victoria) but I'm not sure it should count considering that the UK's relationship with Hanover was a pre-established personal union rather than a colony.
