All languages? Wouldn't there be some Yiddish and Romani speakers too? Also Istro-Romanian and perhaps a few others.

I agree. I was also expecting Turkish at the southern border, but I might be wrong. But the ones you mentioned - there must have been a lot of speakers.

I was also going to ask about Roma and Yiddish. I'm sure there were others, too. Turkish, probably. Albanian? other dialects... was there a cutoff below which the number of speakers were considered too few?

I guess that the Roma and Yiddish speakers were more dispered and did not constitute a real majority anywhere.

Those pockets in Burgenland (border of the German and Hungarian speaking area) actually speak Croatian, not Slovenian.
