Would be nice if you did 1895 and added Alaska...

Also, I think the Russians had territory in Manchuria

Russia sold Alaska all the way back in 1867 and Manchuria was occupied in 1900. The reason why I picked 1898 instead of 1895 was to be able to add Dalian/Port Arthur in China.

Manchuria has never been a part of Russian empire. Only Port Arthur.

Can you please add South Sakhalin? Because following the Treaty of Saint Petersburg (1875) Japan surrendered their claim to Sakhalin and South Sakhalin would not be annexed into Japan until 1905 following the end of Russo-Japanese War.
