I believe that by 1900, the protectorate of Aceh, which was established in 1569, had basically become void by then. And while they did request Ottoman assistance, help never would never come as the Dutch conquest of the Sultanate between 1874 and 1903 would come and go without any involvement from the Ottoman Empire.
If you're including Bulgaria, then Egypt and Cyprus should be included as well. The British ruled these areas under the theoretical suzerainty of the Sultan until 1914.
Like Bosnia and Novi Pazar, Egypt and Cyprus were occupied. This contrasts with Bulgaria's and Eastern Rumelia's more complex situation where it both regions were in union while also nominally acknowledging the authority of the Sublime Porte as vassals.
If vassals are included should the Aceh Sultanate be added?
