I only care about the Chile one. They still maintain a navy in lake titcaca over it. And they make such a big fuss over something that clearly belongs to chile, that you have to write "de facto"

The "de facto" is there because it was occupied by Chile since then. It wasn't formally ceded to Chile until 1904.
