Orange County is typically a large amount of economic Conservatives being mostly wealthy suburbs. As for Fresno, being in the Valley its largely an agricultural based city, farmers typically being Conservative, the city of Fresno not typically being Conservative itself is likely influenced a lot from the farmers enough for it to be pretty split.
