When a new geography quiz drops, the numbers will be incredibly skewed until it becomes featured on the front page. It's the geography nerds that scope out the new quizzes and do them. I'm pretty good at geography, and i only got 8. This was a particularly hard quiz. Once it "goes public" expect those numbers to drop to something way more reasonable.
Wollogong is more familiar to me than the asian answers (apart from Pyongyang, Hong Kong and Beijing). It is not on the quiz currently though.
And after this quiz you will have heard of Wollogong too, that is how it works. If you do many quizzes your knowledge becomes greater, especially if after quizzes you do research on the answers that were unknown to you.
(I am not saying there aren't people that cheat, there definately are! But on this site you can pick things that are actually obscure to outsiders. Plus places that are obscure to you might already be very well known to others and vice versa. Just something to think about, not everything is caused by cheating)
Hard, but fair. If this was yellow box, I would’ve gotten half as many right! I got Salzburg and Strasbourg from trying to guess Bach’s last address, which I got from blindly naming G cities for the university, which also gave me Hamburg! Missed the uni and Jutland, though.
Nothing to do with that (necessarily) I am from Europe I got 9/20 and missed 4 European (plus Yekaterinburg, which some might argue is in Europe since Russia is counted as European) Really should have gotten Leipzig and Luxembourg though. But I could on think of Den Haag, but that is the international one
Which makes me wonder, you have got a international and a European court of justice, pretty close to eachother actually. So European cases would never go to Den Haag? And then there is also the International Criminal Court in Den Haag. Too much to keep track off! Luckily I don't need to
