This is considered too "challenging" to be featured? There are no obscure places in this one (and only two in the one in L). Very good quizzes btw.

Perhaps you were thinking of Leicester? Which is basically pronounced as lester.

The capital of Cape Verde (Praia) is more western than DaKar, so I would suggest to say "Westernmost city of the mainland of Africa" or something like this.

"Qandahar" should also work for Kandahar, since both are fairly common transliterations.
