Challenging quiz, love it. Only complaint is the cluing for Knoxville, which seems like a really obscure bit of trivia. Maybe something related to "where the Volunteers play" or something related to the TVA?

I would say that Cairns is Northern Queensland's main city, though Townsville was the obvious answer as it ends in ville

I think most of the famous "villes" are fictional! Whoville, Smallville, Shelbyville, Farmville, Coolsville.

(Also Bourneville but this is a real place)
