Nice Quiz! Nominated!

Velbert and Viersen have both about 80k in population, which might not quite make them cities but they would fit nicely in the V-Spot.

Quedlinburg would make a good addition for Q, but it only has about 20k people (Actually more than the X-"City").

A clue for Velbert could be a mention of the key and lock industry but that certainly would be a tough one.

A clue for Quedlinburg could be a mention of the abbey, which is an Unesco World Heritage site.
