Peru, the least guessed answer, is presumably made up of ethnic Japanese who have repatriated from Peru.

The 2016 Peruvian election featured two candidates who both had all four grandparents born outside of Peru. Pedro Kuczynski had Ashkenazi Jewish and French ancestors, while Keiko Fujimori had four ethnically Japanese grandparents (her father being the ex-president Alberto Fujimori).
