Your spellings need to match up. You used the Ukrainian spelling for Lviv and the Russian spelling for Kiev. Change Kiev to Kyiv for consistency, please.

Ukrainian borshch is not a "beet soup." That's a common misconception. Ukrainian borshch is a cabbage soup with some beets & carrots in it.

Also our largest river is called "Dnipro" not "Dnieper".

Ukrainian for Ukraine? Surely that would be in Cyrillic which can be represented in different ways with the Roman alphabet
