This was really original, interesting and fun. Thank you! "Great blue hole" made me laugh.

May I just make a couple of suggestions? "French region of Strasbourg" means the part of Strasbourg which is French, and had me stumped for a while until I realised you meant "French region with its capital at Strasbourg". Secondly, "Great Bell" isn't the name of Big Ben's clock - it's just a general term to refer to the bell itself (any large set of bells probably has a Great Bell).
