On this site, these countries are known as 'St. Kitts and Nevis' and 'St. Vincent and the Grenadines' so I decided to be consistent with the rest of the quizzes about countries

Y is a vowel and a consonant. Italy, Hungary etc. the Y is a vowel ie. you have to open your mouth. Yemen it's a consonant.
