Troublesomebirdsong, I think you should put Robin Goodfellow as the answer for Puck. That is his name; Puck is just the type of fairy his is. Of course, keep "Puck", "the Puck", and "honest Puck"as type-ins.

Listing names from this play is easier than for most Shakespeare plays. There's a compact set of names, in 4 distinct easily-remembered categories (Palace, Lovers, Rustics, Fairies), with no unnamed characters (except First Fairy), and without much complication as to spelling. Robin Goodfellow (the Puck) is the only slight ambiguity, and that's been dealt with.
