This list only includes languages native to Africa so Arabic (an Asian language) and Afrikaans (a dialect of Dutch), French, English, and other foreign languages are not included. This list accounts for all native speakers worldwide, not necessarily living within their home countries. It doesn't include second language speakers which accounts for the majority of Swahili and Amharic speakers.
