Cities with Small Airports for their Size

Well, it happened, I set a play goal of 25 plays on my cities with large airports for their size quiz, I didn't really think that it would happen but here we are so I hope you enjoy!
I took the top 61 (I know, strange number but that is how many airports Wikipedia listed) largest airports in the USA and divided them by their population (Metro area) and, as the title says, these are the top 10 cities with small airports for their size
PS, the list also included San Juan, but I decided not to count it because it is debatable weather Puerto Rico is a part of the us.
If this quiz gets 20 plays I will make a blog post with the list attached.

Ontario, California? Never would have guessed lol. Also most quizzes exclude Puerto Rico from U.S. centered quizzes.

Yeah, some of these are surprising, although I think that you misread the caveats, because I intentionally left out San Juan, sorry if this caused any confusion.
