US States that don't have International Flights

States like Kentucky don't count because although Cincinnati airport serves Cincinnati which is in Ohio, the airport is in Kentucky so it is not counted. Otherwise Kentucky would be in the quiz.

Wouldn't flying to Canada be considered international? Many of these states have flights to Canada.
