These are the most well-known films in languages other than English: the ones with over 50 Wikipedia languages (by Oct 2022), in descending order. The majority of the film's dialogue has to be in a foreign language to qualify.
Silent films not produced in English-speaking countries are included!
Some films have multiple original dubs, including in English
Lesser-knows films whose number of languages might be due to article spamming are excluded
I don't know how the Italo-westerns qualify as a foreign language films, only because it was an Italian production and some dialogue - depending on the actors - may have been recorded in Italian. The majority however was done in English and then all dialogue re-dubbed in English again. To be eligible as a foreign language film - or partly - there should have been (subtitled) Italian as well as English conversations alongside each other, and I cannot recall any scene in those films where that has happened.
Not "may have", I believe all the Italian actors recorded their dialogue in Italian. I was not able to find out whether that constituted more or less than half the dialogue (my criterion for whether it counts as a foreign-language film), so I decided to include them since the majority of the actors seemed Italian. The English dialogue was also redubbed in Italian I think (there were two dubs), so that argument doesn't work. But I understand where you're coming from.
