Power over Ethernet (PoE)

Type in the IEEE standard name and Minimum Power Output. PSE: Power Sourcing Equipment (MIDSPAN) (i.e. switch, PoE Injector) PD: Powered Device (ENDSPAN) PoE Injector: allows PoE on a non-PoE switch. Requires additional power source. PoE Extender: allows extension past 100m max length, can be daisy chained. WatchDog Functionality: manages power and greatly reduces downtime (Powered Device Manager [PDM]).
Power output must be below 100W per port
