I think you should specify in advance wheter you mean head of state or head of government. These are mostly heads of states, but the word 'leader' implies an active political role, something that Elizabeth II and Akihito, for example, don't have. One I in Vladimir Putin is missing, and I think it would be in order to accept just the surname. Also, the Egyptian president's first name is Mohamed, Muhammad, or some variant translitteration of that, certainly not Mohames. Most importantly: what exactly is the City of Rome doing on this list? The headline clearly specifies "countries". Rome is not a country, it's a comune, and Alemanno is no emperor, but a mayor. This is like saying Michael Bloomberg is running his own country.
