Wilt Chamberlain was from Philly, which is also Eastern PA. As were a lot of other well-known NBA players: at the very least Rasheed Wallace and Earl Monroe.

It's a little harsh making you type "Lake Erie" when "Lake" is already in the question. And I had to read the comments to figure out how to spell Buchanan.
