In part they cheat because th3 above share how to, lol, but I wish they wouldn't. I have 171 and it's only 81.5%, and I don't think 18%+ have a 172+. Doesn't matter, if the typists want to pick up points for their data entry skills I can still use it as a learning tool.

It would be easier to cheat by splitting your screen, showing the answers on one window by clicking give up immediately and then typing those answers in on the second window

Does Rapa Nui (Isla de Pascua, Easter Island) belong in this quiz too? Think it might if Galapagos Islands and Falklands Islands are being included. It wasn't included in the Oceania quiz from this series. Also, what continent is South Georgia considered to be part of?

blizzrd33, isn't Easter island reckoned to be in Oceania? South Georgia is part of Antarctica. Not sure where Tristan da Cunha should go, though. And I believe that the Netherlands Antilles and Trinidad (though not Tobago) should be included as they are surely part of S America.

Hi, when you type in Misiones, it considers the Argentinian one but not the Paraguayan one.

Agreed. Wouldn't accept "Federal". Tried typing it in Spanish and Portuguese as well. Just didn't realize I needed to use the word "District" after "Federal", especially since the answer box was already labeled "District".

People came from all over Europe to South America. O’Higgins was a descendant of such people who became one of the libertadores alongside Jose San Martin, Simon Bolivar and others.

Okay, so Cauca controls Caldas for some reason, it is both called Cauca and lights up when you type Cauca, rather than being Caldas. I couldn't understand how I missed something in Colombia.

The Ñuble region in Chile appears as one of the answers (which is correct) but it doesn't show up on the map, where it is still shown as part of the Biobío region.

I know some countries quite well - got all of Argentina and Brazil, most of Chile and Colombia, about half of Bolivia and Uruguay, but did rather poorly elsewhere, mainly only getting the ones that shared a name with a city or significant geographical feature that I could guess at.

- In Venezuela, Vargas should be La Guaira (since 2019)

I used to have 4/5 with more or less the same score before, mind you. Why did Jetpunk change this ? It made more sense to allow us to score relatively to other people

Maybe I misremember, but I thought until last year or so you had points either for number of answers right or for how well you did compared to others, like you could have 5 pt if you did better than 95% of quiz takers or something, even when you didn't have all the answers. Now I'm starting to doubt and questioning my sanity

Well, I just took the quiz again just to see and had 4 pt with the same answers. It must have been a bug because earlier today you needed 120 correct answers to have a single point and it astonished me. Sorry for the inconvenience !
