As a result of the lawsuit by Cleveland representatives and the NFL, the Baltimore Ravens are legally considered an expansion team despite moving from Cleveland to Baltimore in 1996.
The Colts franchise officially began in 1953, but you can technically trace their DNA all the way back to 1920 as the Dayton Triangles.
