Finally got around to changing this one. Surprisingly enough no changes in terms on answers (2022->2024). The number of schools in each country is slowly evening out though -- major increase for China and a slight decrease for the US.
It's a list that ranks universities on the basis of the number of publications in English. Which makes it very biased (the primary function of a university shouldn't be to publish, and not necessarily in English).
The source numbers don't match the numbers on the quiz. I looked only because I was (very) surprised that Switzerland wasn't a correct answer. (As stalintime points out, ETH Zurich is generally ranked as one the top universities in the world.) The source says that Switzerland has 3 universities in the top 100. Some other discrepancies, too, mostly smallish. Maybe the source info is different now?
