There are some missing from this list, not just borderline or debatable omissions, like San Antonio and Santo Domingo. Tijuana's neither included with San Diego or on its own.

Seconding this. I know metro populations tend to vary with the sources, but the municipalities of San Antonio and Santo Domingo both have populations of 1.4ish million people, and there are 990k people within the city limits of Port-au-Prince.
