KLM Destinations on a Map

Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij, or KLM for short, is the flag carrier airline of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Founded in 1919, it is also the oldest airline still operative. Their flights, at least the ones in the colonies, didn't stop even when the Netherlands was occupied in the second World War. Can you guess all of this airline's destinations?

If you're looking for a challenge, try guessing the individual airports; IATA and ICAO codes are also both accepted (when not interfering with the full name of the city or airport)!
As you guess, the route lines will disappear. Remember to click to zoom in!
Currently available destinations only. Terminated or suspended flights are not included. Seasonal destinations are included

If you have any suggestions for more quizzes in this series, don't hesitate to comment!

Do keep in mind, though, that the quizmaking process I have streamlined and (partly) automated, as well as the quiz style with the route lines, is best suited for airlines following the hub-and-spoke method of flight distribution, which is to say airlines that operate flights to many destinations from a small number of hub airports instead of flying to a number of different places depending on the airport.

do one for Air India

Looking briefly at Air India's destinations, I see that they have flights to London from 8 airports in India, and to Dubai from a whopping 15 airports: this is an example of an airline that does not follow a hub-and-spoke method.

I might still consider it in the future, but as I said I'm afraid the route lines would get way too messy with airlines that have many point-to-point destinations

Emirates, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, China Airlines, Etihad etc. all are good quiz candidates

I believe Emirates already has a map quiz with all its destinations, made by Pandora49. Finnair has been on my radar for some time and will probably have its quiz in the future. China Airlines also looks like a good candidate. Thanks for your suggestions!

I wrote a haiku about the flight paths on the map:

Lines, lines, like 'em gone

Don't you get an answer wrong

Ugly lines need be gone

I don't believe that Durham has an airport.

Durham is actually the name of the county, so that's an error on my part. I'm not very familiar with northern England. The actual location of the airport is Darlington, with other cities close by being Stockton-on-Tees and Middlesbrough. If you have any suggestion as to which one would be the best to consider in the quiz, it would be of great help. The general urban area/country borough of Teesside/Tees Valley was already set as a type-in.

Thanks for pointing out the mistake, I'll fix it as soon as possible!
