Good quiz. Though you include one county you don't include Bethesda, Reston or Silver Spring which I had imagined were also thought of as 'cities' in this context (even though they aren't cities). Would it be worth saying in the instructions that Census-Designated Places have been omitted?

That county was only included because it is an extremely urban county, commonly seen as a 'city'. I'll include that in the caveat.
