It isn't an April Fools joke. That simply means that some people own more than one gun.

I'm shocked by Austria the most. Norway I can understand, they have Polar Bears, but Austria? .

Yep so am I, it's a horrifying thought that every third person I meet owns a gun. My guess would have been 5% and most of them shotguns for hunting.
