If I were to decide this, yes, but most people say Malta is part of Europe, unlike Greenland, which most people and Wikipedia count as North America.

Greenland sometimes is considered North American, sometimes European, but I put the first anyway.

Also, about the electricity, I have heard the same about Iceland.
