Wonderful series of quizzes, this and the others. One flaw though - "a male sheep (a ram) a rib or two" - this has another solution: Male, capital of the Maldives.

I was wondering why you used "masculine"--it felt like such an odd word to use there. Great as always overtired! First time I got 100% on one of these quizzes.

Agreed. The parenthetical in Paramaribo basically made it shout out from the page and drew my eyes instantly.

N'Djamena, on the other hand... I wanted to stand up and applaud when I saw that one.

These are just wonderful and amazing! After I finished digging up as many answers as I could (got 20), I re-read the letter just as a letter, and boy you've managed to hold an interesting theme with plausible language throughout (OK, maybe George wouldn't have said ain't, but why quibble?). I wonder how many quizzers try his recipe.

Very clever quiz! Paramaribo and N'Djamena are impressive. One thing though : isn't there Italy's capital in the line for Maputo?

This has always been one of my all-time favorites! If you bolded / highlighted the section after it was guessed, like what you did with Rabat in the example, I think this quiz would be even better.

This is a crazy quiz. Some effort gone into that, fair play! Everytime I read the word Risotto is kept taking my mind to Ottawa which was throwing me off!

I didn't, but you could do the quiz by copy and pasting each line into the answer box, then using the delete key on the beginning of the line until it accepts

Thank you, excellent! Of those I found, my favourite was the embedding of Paramaribo.

I don't want to diminish your creativity, but this gave a feeling that Chat GPT could wrote a text like this with directions. It is good in these kind of tasks, and this is perfectly executed.
