I think that Finnish language has a lot of these, mostly because of double vowels and consonants (opposition short vs. long) and 15 cases. There are famous palindrome words like "saippuakauppias" 'soap seller', but in this quiz the "k" should exist twice. With derivational formatives can be formed complex words like "ajattaja" 'somebody who is chasing; somebody who orders you to drive' (verbs "ajattaa" 'chase' and "ajaa" 'drive').
Great quiz! I did find myself trying to type in the full word and not just the blank, however. Adding the full words as answers would be a great addition to the quiz.
They're quite rare, only a dozen or so more but they are very obscure or dated. Only Connect used all the best ones.
