I find it hard to believe that any Western country has less than 100 computers per person. For every person who has 0, someone else has 2. I have four Raspberry Pis, a laptop and two desktops at home, plus a laptop and a desktop at work, plus a smart phone (how are we defining "computer"?). Those are just the computers that I use on a regular basis. It doesn't include my 20+ vintage computers that I collect but rarely use.
Thanks for the comment. The source states "Personal computers are designed for individual use, and they can exist in the form of a desktop or a laptop." Although I do agree that the numbers seem a little low.
