This needs slightly updated as luckily Ben Roethlisberger is now the passing TD record holder. And also, Le'Veon Bell has single season rushing yards and Antonio Brown holds single season receiving yards.

I updated the QB and WR questions. As for Bell, he's got 770 rushing yards in his rooking year. That's less than half of the standing single season rushing record for the team.
