FIU does still use the "Golden" in the name. But yeah, I missed Canisius because of what you just mentioned. Knew I was right to, seeing as how I used to play them in football back when the MAAC had football.
Texas-Pan American combined with another school in Texas to become Texas-Rio Grande Valley and their school nickname is the Vaqueros. They are still D1.
Many schools added but the more annoying thing is the misspelled mascot names. Makes it hard when half the quiz is playing "can you spell like a 5th grader"
In addition to the needed corrections mentioned above - Golden Griffins, Toreros & Purple Aces (which still haven't been changed),,, it's Mastodons not Mastadons. Also, Panthers should be accepted for FIU since that's the name on their website "https://fiusports.com/sports/mens-basketball." If you decide to correct these, you might also want to change Fighting Sioux to Fighting Hawks since they changed their name in 2015.
Please fix the conferences. From what I can tell, Maryland and Rutgers should be grouped with the Big 10; Syracuse, Pitt, Louisville, and Notre Dame should be with ACC; Cincinnati, UCF, Houston, and BYU should be with Big 12; and I'm sure there's a lot more that I missed
Canisius still has "Golden Griffons" instead of "Griffins".
Niagara is still misspelled.
And I believe Florida International just used "Panthers", not "Golden Panthers".
Don't see any of these getting changed, but thought I'd add my two cents.
