UK doesn't use a tricolour flag! Tricolour means three bars of three colours, i.e. France.

Old comment, but yes it technically does mean "3 Colours", but more specifically/often refers to a flag with 3 whole rectangles colours (Esp. vertical)

IE, The French, Italian, Belgian, Luxembourgish, Romanian, but also German, Dutch, Russian, Hungarian,

The way the first clue is phrased makes it seem like the answer is also in the Caribbean, which it is not.

I got confused because it said that it was in the caribbean.
