We'll update later this year when 10.16 comes out. One thing's for sure, I won't be installing it. For whatever reason, these new OS's break tons of stuff and rarely improve anything.

Guess they figured they finally wore out the "X." Next up: OS 11.1 - Big Sur! Unless Apple changes their minds...

Welcome to Apple, where we started the trend of releasing new iPhones twice a year because all we did was update the camera. There are Mac commercials now with the tagline "Great work happens on Mac." I mean, c'mon. Absolutely inspired. It's almost like they know the only reason they're still in business is because they have a freakishly loyal fanbase and not because they've made anything worth what they charge for 5+ years.

According to Wikipedia, Big Sur (the OS) is named after the coastal region of Big Sur in the Central Coast of California. There is an unincorporated community in the area called 'Big Sur Village,' but I think the locals just call it Big Sur.
