List the political parties elected to the Belgium federal legislature and the European parliament. Political position, ideology and seats are given as a hint. Belgium is a dysfunctional country and parties are divided by Flemish and Francophone parties with a small German community. Flemish parties are listed first then Francophone parties. No German parties are included.
