Yes, Gaelic is correct. Colloquially, Irish Gaelic is referred to as Gaeilge and Scots Gaelic as Gallic.

Irrespective of whether it's actually right or not; why do you have to type in the full name Eamonn De Valera to get the point? 99.99% of answers on Jetpunk only require the surname.

As other people have already pointed out, Douglas Hyde was first president of Ireland (Republic). Why is an incorrect answer still accepted???
