I kept yelling "DON DOCTOR UM!" at my computer for "mafia boss+bone fixer+filler noun and "North porkton" for "opposite of south+meat from pig+heavy measurement"

Reading is not a city. It is designated as a town. Devon and Cornwall as previously noted are counties.
