But they aren't in South America. Just because they have land in a continent doesn't make them part of the continent, or else there would be countries in Antarctica.
That's like saying that Hawaii isn't a US state. French Guiana is to France as Hawaii is to the US, so technically France has land almost part of its mainland in South America. So there should either be a caveat or France should be included.
They are territories, not really countries as of themselves. I do believe the creator should note something about this, but then again most people know how France is not a country in the Americas. French Guiana is a territorial collectivity, and the Falkland Islands are just overseas territory
Hey, this was very good, but for the overseas territories, may you either add them in or say 'overseas territories not included'? Also add France, since French Guiana is part of the French mainland, unlike how the Falklands are a British territory but no more than that. If need be, pre-enter France in.
If you prefer not to add "France (French Guiana)", then I suggest you mention that this only includes countries with their mainland in the Americas (so no France and other European countries).
Otherwise it is weird to have a gap for French Guiana, I mean, it is not like French Guiana is in Europe, it is geographically in the Americas.
Can you make a caveat or something that says "Not including French Guiana and Falkland Islands" or something like that?

But it's true, there should be a caveat for France.
