I'm not tremendously expert at using the IPA, but I'm pretty sure I've always heard India pronounced "ɪndi.ə", not "indiˑɑ"; Afghanistan pronounced either "æfˈgæniˌstæn" or "avˈɣɑːniˌstɑn", not "ɑfˈxaːniˌstɑn"; and Sudan pronounced "suˈdæn", not "suˈðan".

Anyhow, it's just common sense that the last syllable of India should be the same as the last syllable of Arabia, and that the last syllable of Afghanistan should be the same as the last syllable of Kazakhstan. The fact that yours aren't should be cause for concern, don't you think?
