Also accept Kyiv for Kiev because in Ukrainian language it is
a y-i instead of an i-e to reflect the local Ukrainian spelling.

I couldnt do Kiev since i didnt know how to spell it. I tried so many combinations of Kiyv Kyiv and all that. Maybe if possible to add Kyiv as an option or correct spelling method
