I suggest to calculate the GDP according to the population living in the European part of these countries, that is 75% of Russian population and 15% of Turkish population. So the GDP would be approximately 1387 for Russia and 117 for Turkey, that would kick Turkey out of the top 20, letting Romania to enter the chart.
Yes, but the GDP made in the European part of Turkey (including Istanbul) is most certainly more than 15%!
