To be fair a lot of the times the picture isn't what's recognizable (like Orleans in this quiz if you don't know the flags). If the clue was "African city" and you knew it started with an O then getting it right would become pretty feasible no matter how recognizable the picture was.
I know what Rozzi means - one would normally think of region as being some kind of defined area, whereas outback is just a generic term for the remote/uninhabited interior areas of of Oz
5/18 is a lot, and Oakland is almost entirely irrelevant, Oklahoma is just another state map question that has been on a few of these, the picture for Okinawa is a bit embarrassing, the Ozarks - okay there's a famous TV show there so I'll allow it (didn't know it was mountains though!)
Hey there! In my eyes there's a big mistake in this quiz.
The famous photo from the 6 soldiers of the U.S. were taken on the Island of Iwo-Chima, which belongs to the Ogasawara Islands. Definitely not Okinawa which is far more west.
So many interesting questions could be added to this quiz if not for Orlando and the Ozarks and other niche American lore.
